spacious room good selection free bicycles
our beautiful double room pool view was spacious (i really liked the layout). the breakfast had a good selection. the hotel provided free bicycles, and i rode one for two hours.
i noticed a faint unpleasant smell in the hallways near the elevators.

Lovely stay near the beach
warm greeting water feature clean pool
The location had convenient access to the airport. It was a short ride. The staff provided warm greetings. The hotel is near markets and restaurants. I love its welcome feeling. Gardens had water features and clean pools.
One minor issue looked . Ants were crawling around. I hope pest control comes often.

fabulous room spacious room comfy bed great location
the room was fabulous and spacious. amenities were great and the beds comfy. the pool was right outside our room! the staff were really good too help. the location is convenient to the airport and shops.

staff customer service stood out. the team was responsive and fast in handling requests! staff members provided assistance whenever needed. they were always willing to help guests.

The hotel is very clean. the pools are clean. staff cleaned the room daily. it smelled good in the common areas. I liked that, the gym was well-equipped, and i noticed it was kept clean and tidy.

a decent hotel for a short stay
sitting area large bathroom tropical ants current sockets
I received a free upgrade to a beautiful room. This room was quite nice. it featured a large sitting area. the bathroom was separate and large. there was also outside seating.
Ants were a problem in the bedroom. There were many. this ruined some thai snacks i bought to bring back home. also, some current sockets were not working.

great stay near the airport
friendly staff welcome drink spacious room pool access
the staff were friendly. i received a welcome drink upon check-in. my superior double room pool view was spacious. the air conditioning worked well. i appreciated pool access. the location is near shops. the receptionist helped me with directions around town. the room included a very large bathtub. the main pool was spacious (it wasn't crowded either).
housekeeping took my towels and did not replace them. i called the reception, so it was easily fixed.

the reception staff smiled. the breakfast staff were friendly. personnel answered all my questions. they helped me as soon as possible and were available.

the hotel offers numerous services. the swimming pools are enjoyable. the swim-up bar is perfect. there is a night market next to the hotel. it operates on some days of the week (offering local food and goods).

mixed experience
the room was large, including a sitting area and a separate bathroom.
the staff seemed inflexible, as i wanted to stay 7 more hours until my flight departure, but they told me they were fully booked. it was like they wanted the full room price for those extra hours.

underwhelming stay, staff attitude needs improvement
the hotel breakfast had plenty of options for all tastes, acceptable.
The front desk staffs attitude ruined the holiday, they were rude and unhelpful, especially a lady called film. It gave the impression to get lost.
